Cloudee (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is a cloud device remote control service built on a Google technology stack, providing a web client, admin console, file transfer and device location features. We understand how important your personal information is, and we will collect, use and protect it in accordance with this statement.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information	Login username, password	Passwords are stored only as hashes; we cannot access your plaintext password.
Device Information	Device ID, device name, OS platform, online status	Used to establish connections, display the device list and push configuration.
Address Book	Device aliases and device IDs you actively save; optional saved connection passwords	Used only for convenient features such as auto-connect after login. Connection passwords are visible only to you and are deleted when the address book entry is removed.
Location Information	Device GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, bearing, speed, accuracy)	Collected only when you use the location joystick, location history or track timeline features, and requires the controlled device's location permission. A history entry is recorded only when the displacement exceeds the configured threshold.
Session Data	Remote screen, keyboard and mouse input, clipboard, files in transit	Relayed through the server only during the connection; the server does not persist session content.
Operation Logs	Login records, connection records, API access logs	Used for security auditing and troubleshooting.

2. How We Use Information

Create and manage accounts, and verify your identity;
Establish and maintain remote control connections between you and your cloud devices;
Provide features you actively use, such as the address book, file transfer and location management;
Push server-side configuration changes to you (e.g. server address, key updates);
Detect, prevent and handle abuse, unauthorized access and other security issues.

3. Data Storage and Security

All transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS; remote sessions are additionally encrypted with end-to-end key negotiation;
Data is stored in the Service's server databases and accessible only to authorized personnel;
Location history and similar records are periodically purged according to retention policies, or deleted upon your request.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. Information will not be disclosed externally except in the following circumstances:

With your explicit consent;
Where necessary to provide the Service (e.g. basic network and cloud computing infrastructure providers, bound by confidentiality obligations);
As required by laws, regulations, or judicial or administrative authorities.

5. Your Rights

Access and Correction: You can view and modify your account and device information in the web client and admin console;
Deletion: You can delete address book entries (including saved connection passwords), location history and track records;
Withdrawal of Authorization: You can turn off location permission, input control and other authorizations on the controlled device at any time; the related features will stop immediately;
Account Deletion: You may apply to delete your account, after which we will remove your account information and associated data.

6. Local Storage (localStorage)

The web client stores login credentials and server configuration (e.g. auto-connect device ID, server address) locally in your browser. This data does not leave your device and can be removed by clearing site data in your browser.

7. Protection of Minors

The Service is intended for adults. If you are the guardian of a child under the age of 14, please assist the child in using the Service and obtain your consent before using features that involve personal information.

8. Updates to This Statement

We may revise this statement from time to time. For significant changes, we will post an updated effective date on this page. Please review this statement periodically.
